How to Rig a Worm

How to Rig a Plastic Worm or Bait
*these rigs can be used with any of your plastic baits
Except Jig Chunks..

Five easy steps
*Texas Rig is shown*

1. Slip sinker is loose and hook is tied. Push point of hook into the top or head of the worm. About ¼ to ½ of an inch. (As shown)

2. Bring point of the worm out the bottom, or flat side of bait, about ¼ to ½ of an inch. (As shown)

3. Pull the hook through, until the eye of the hook is gone, can’t be seen. Rotate the hook until the point is upward, (As shown)

4. Push body of the worm forward about 1/8 of an inch, push hook into the flat bottom of the bait. Push hook through the bait. Pull back on the worm, insert past the barb into the plastic body. Worm should be straight and weedless. (As shown)

5. *If using a Regular Hook, everything is the same except, the hook is pushed into the Bait and not through. The hook is now weedless. (As shown)
